DORPRIME steel fire doors are manufactured and tested in compliance with IS 3614:2021 (Amended 2023) and BS 476 part 20 & 22. Assemblies are available in 60-minute, 120-minute, and up to 240-minute fire endurance ratings, providing structural integrity and thermal insulation during severe fire conditions.

We utilize prime hot-dip galvanised (GI) and cold-rolled steel sheets. Standard frame thicknesses range from 1.2 mm to 1.6 mm GI sheet, while door leaves are manufactured from 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, or 1.2 mm GI sheets with internal stiffeners for maximum rigidity.
